Material Carbon Steel

Finish Minimum 24 hour cure between 2 coats of gloss black paint preceded by 1 coat of epoxy primer after machining to weight

Dimensions Nominal 2" ID. 4.5" OD, 0.125" thick

Appearance Drilled with thru holes as required to bring weight within 1 gram or 0.04 ounces or the weight specified by your order. Plates will be matched for similar drill patterns as much as possible but may not be exactly identical. Each plate is stamped with "PDA", the weight, up to 3 customer initials, & a distinct, sequential serial number.

Accuracy ± 0.8%

Adaptability These plates can be used safely on 1" & 1.1" Standard bars as follows:

a. sandwich then between a pair of standard plates

b. use collars with OD greater than 2"

c. use 2.375" On adapters ($1 each when ordered with plates)

Availability Though we try to keep these plates as shelf stock the demand has been too high to actually keep them in stock. As such they are fabricated on an as-needed basis (i.e.. continually). Backlog & raw material supplier status set the schedule. Please allow 2-6 weeks delivery.

Finish Minimum 0.5 mil industrial grade zinc plating for corrosion protection. After machining to weight each plate is machine buffed to a high luster before hand application of a metal wax

Dimensions Nominal 2" ID, 4.5" OD, 0.125" thick

Appearance Drilled with thru holes as required to bring weight within 1 gram or 0.04 ounces of the weight specified by your order. Plates will be matched for similar drill patterns as much as possible but may not be exactly identical.
